1. Overview
At Fictory Official, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and timelines for domestic and international deliveries. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Sunday to Thursday). Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or Kuwaiti public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and a second notification with tracking details when your order is dispatched.
3. Domestic Shipping (Kuwait)
3.1 Delivery Areas
We deliver to all governorates across Kuwait: Capital, Hawalli, Farwaniyah, Ahmadi, Jahra, and Mubarak Al-Kabeer.
3.2 Delivery Timeframe
Standard delivery within Kuwait takes 1–3 business days after dispatch. Same-day and next-day delivery options may be available at checkout during peak periods.
3.3 Domestic Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be offered on orders above a minimum value as stated on our website at the time of purchase.
4. International Shipping
4.1 Countries Served
We ship worldwide. Delivery is available to all countries where our logistics partners operate. Availability of certain destinations may vary.
4.2 International Delivery Timeframe
GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman): 3–7 business days
Rest of the World: 7–21 business days
These timeframes are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal regulations, or unforeseen delays.
4.3 Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Fictory Official has no control over customs processes and cannot predict additional charges. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for information before placing an international order.
4.4 International Shipping Fees
Shipping fees for international orders are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected shipping method.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. If you did not receive tracking information within 3 business days of your order date, please contact us.
6. Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, delays may occasionally occur due to:
• High order volume during sales or promotional periods
• Weather conditions or natural disasters
• Customs or border control procedures (international orders)
• Strikes, civil disruptions, or force majeure events
In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you by email or phone as soon as reasonably possible.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing us with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and item(s). We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours or the building reception. If the issue persists, contact us within 5 business days so we can investigate with our shipping partner.
In the event an order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses at the time of order. Fictory Official is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If a re-delivery is required due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply.
9. Your Rights Under Kuwaiti Law
In accordance with the Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014 and its implementing regulations issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, you have the right to receive your goods within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase. If we are unable to fulfil your order within the agreed timeframe, you are entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
